Problem:
Confused by all the ball screws available at wildly different prices?
Price is the last thing to consider!
Solution:
If you have a serious application, the two most important points to
consider when selecting
rolled ball screws are QUALITY and CONSISTENCY:
The QUALITY depends on the quality of the
basic ingredients!
At
Isel, we make our own ball screws, in our own factory using quality
German Steel! This might appear to be a small point but we know what
went into the steel and where it came from and you cannot expect to
produce a product of consistent quality without this beginning. We do
not deligate our manufacturing to foreign factories using raw materials
of unknow origin.
Consistency means Inspection at every
stage of manufacturing
This
might seem like a simple point but there are a number of steps involved
in producing a ball screw - all of them done under our own roof and
inspected at every step.

Why a ball screw vs ACME screw?
Using
the right tool makes the job easy.Isel
USA is proud to offer a range of ball screws in 12mm,
16mm, 20mm
and 25mm
diameters, with or without machined ends in pitches of 2.5,
5, 10 and
20mm and lengths up to 3m. The ball nuts feature a patented adjustable
antibacklash design for play free motion and accurate positioning.
More
efficient than ACME screws -
so you can use a smaller motor
Rolling
action, not rubbing like ACME nuts-
no wear or increased positioning error, no adjustments, no problems!
You
can literally assemble a system with just a hex wrench! Besides the
components shown above all you need are some screws, T nuts and a T
slot table plate to put together a system without machining. That is
how we produce our ball screw slides! |
